Obtained several quotes for new fascia, soffits and guttering. The owner Mark, a very cheerful and pleasant guy, came and measured up, giving me a quote on the day. Easy Facias fitted new facias and guttering to our house in November 2011. They quoted the most competitive bid, the work was completed on time without problems and we are very pleased with the result

Mark was contracted to supply and fit new Upvc facias, guttering and downpipes at our 1930’s property. We had original old zinc guttering which was in a bad state of repair, but was quite attractive. Mark was able to advise us of a modern, maintenance-free product that would maintain the traditional style. He has in-depth expertise in his field and was able to demonstrate how the new guttering and fascias would fit together to give a pleasing and ‘tight’ fit so that nothing could penetrate into the roof space. Mark was able to accurately quote for the job and there were no nasty hidden extras. He works ‘on the tools’ himself to ensure the quality of the work. He was assisted by Matthew who also worked to a very high standard. The work was completed on time and we are delighted with the result. Mark and Matthew were very tidy workers and left the site spotless. Matthew even helped us to recycle some of the old wooden fascias for firewood! Both Mark and Matthew were polite, courteous and a pleasure to have around. Mark installed new soffits, barge boards, guttering, cladding and downpipes all around my four bed roomed detached house. Some parts of the job had difficult access but Mark dealt with them without any hassle. Mark and his fellow worker Matt worked solidly every day and the end product was amazing. I am a very hard person to please when it involves work being carried out on my property but I can say for the first time ever he met my standards and some.
